High chrome Wear resistant slurry pump is a centrifugal pump designed for conveying high-concentration, solid-liquid mixtures. Its key advantage is the high-chromium alloy material used for the flow passage components. It is widely used in harsh working conditions such as mining, metallurgy, coal, chemical engineering and tailings treatment.
High chrome Wear resistant slurry pump's Flow passage components like the pump body, impeller and volute liner are all made of high-chromium material. This material has high hardness and good toughness, with much better abrasive wear resistance than ordinary cast iron or carbon steel.
For slurries containing large particles of sand and slag, it can effectively reduce component wear rate. Compared with conventional slurry pumps, its service life is extended by 3–5 times, greatly cutting down the frequency of shutdown maintenance and operation costs.
1.High-efficiency
High chrome Wear resistant slurry pump's impeller is designed with a large flow area. It optimizes the flow path of slurry, reduces the risk of medium impact and blockage inside the pump, and is suitable for conveying slag slurry with a concentration of ≤60%. It also improves efficiency.
2.Resistant Design
The impeller inlet adopts a streamlined chamfer design. It enhances cavitation resistance, reduces damage to flow passage components caused by cavitation, and ensures stable pump operation under low net positive suction head conditions.
3.Shaft sealing systems
Packing seals are low-cost but require regular maintenance.
Mechanical seals have a long service life and work well with high-pressure or corrosive media.
Impeller seals rely on centrifugal force to form a seal.
