Boiler Feed Multistage Water Pump

Introduction:

-Type DG is a series of boiler feed multistage pump, it can deliver clean water without solid particle or the liquid which the chemical and physical feature are similar with water, and temperature is≤105ºC, it is suitable for delivering boiler feed water or heat water.
Type DM pump can deliver the neuter mineral water which solid particles percent≤1.5% (solid Dia.<0.5mm) and other similar sewage, the temperature of the liquid is ≤80ºC, it is suitable for steel works, mines, cities projects etc.

1. Casing part

The shell part is mainly composed of the suction section, the middle section, the output section, the guide vane, the bearing body and so on. The optional direction of the pump is clockwise from the drive end.

2. Rotor part

The rotor part is mainly composed of shaft, impeller, shaft sleeve, balance plate and other parts installed on the shaft. The parts on the shaft are fastened with flat keys and shaft sleeve nuts to make them integrated with the shaft. The whole rotor is supported in the pump body by bearings at both ends. The number of impellers in the rotor parts is determined according to the stages of the pump.

When using this type of product, the shaft seal must be connected with water seal. There are two cases of water seal water: one is directly using the outlet water of the first stage impeller, the other is using external water. All those marked with water seal water in Table 3 use external water seal water, and those not marked with water seal water use outlet water of primary impeller as water seal water. The tightness of the packing of the shaft seal must be appropriate, when the liquid can seep out drop by drop. When the temperature of the transported medium is higher than 80 ℃, cooling water must be introduced into the water-cooled packing gland and shaft seal cooling chamber. Both the cooling water and the imported water seal water are fresh water at normal temperature. The water pressure of the cooling water is 1.5-3kg/cm2, and the pressure of the water seal water is 0.5-1kg/cm2 higher than that of the seal chamber. The position of the cooling water pipe interface of the water seal and shaft seal cooling chamber of each type of pump is different. The axial position of the pipe interface is shown in the structural drawing,

3. Balancing mechanism

The balance mechanism consists of balance ring, balance sleeve, balance plate and balance pipeline.

4. Bearing part

The bearing part is mainly composed of bearing body and bearing. There are two kinds of bearings in this type of pump: sliding bearing and rolling bearing. The bearings do not bear the axial force. During the operation of the pump, the rotor part in the pump shell should be able to slide freely in the axial direction, and the centripetal ball bearing should not be used.
