The Applications of High Head Boiler Feed Water Pump

The flow rate of the boiler feed water pump is 25-150m3/h, and the head can reach 480-1100 meters. It can deliver high temperature clean water below 280℃, suitable for boiler water supply, factory and city water supply. It is suitable for conveying clean water with a temperature lower than 110°C or other non-corrosive liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. 

High pressure multistage pump is famous worked in power plant, mining dewatering, Urban drainage.

Structure description of High Head Boiler Feed Water Pump

The main parts of the medium and low pressure feed water pump (head 50-684m) are generally made of high-quality cast iron, and the secondary high pressure feed water pump (head 409-1450m) is made of cast steel or stainless steel.

The pump housing part is mainly connected with bolts by the bearing body, front section, middle section, rear section, guide vane, etc. The center line of the suction port of the front section is vertical to the horizontal, and can also be a horizontal line. The midline of the latter spit out is perpendicular to the horizontal, or it can be a horizontal line.

This pump adopts packing seal or mechanical seal. Generally, it is better to use a mechanical seal when the temperature exceeds 90 degrees. When in use, the position of the packing and mechanical seal must be correct, and the tightness of the packing and mechanical seal must be appropriate, so that the fluid can seep drop by drop. Out is appropriate.

We also working for self balancing multistage pump type which is more easy for maintenance and lower cost for spare parts. 

The self-flushing program prevents the coolant temperature from being too high, and the products sell well at the international market.
