Industrial Boiler Feed Multistage Pump

DG series industrial boiler feed multistage pump is a kind of horizontal, segmental centrifugal pump with multiple stages.It is used to pump clean water or other liquids with similar properties.
These pumps work well for medium and low pressure boiler feed water.They can also be used for high-pressure water supply and drainage in factories and cities.The liquid temperature can be between -20°C and 150°C.The inlet pressure should be less than 0.6 MPa.

Mainstream structure

1.Pump casing: industrial boiler feed multistage pump's casing is made up of suction section, middle section and discharge section, held together by stay bolts. Inlet and outlet are both facing vertically upward.

2.Rotor: Consists of pump shaft, multistage impellers and balance disc. It rotates and increases liquid pressure.

3.Axial thrust balancing: Balance disc or balance drum is used to balance axial thrust, so the pump runs steadily.

4.Bearings: Can be sliding or rolling bearings, lubricated with thin oil and cooled by water. They work well in high-temperature conditions.
5.Shaft seal: Mechanical seal or packing seal. It stops leakage and can withstand high temperature.
