Vertical slurry pump -introduction

Pump type

When the pump shaft position is parallel to the horizontal plane, it is called horizontal slurry pump; When the pump shaft is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, it is called vertical slurry pump. Because the general vertical slurry pump is used in the slurry pit to pump the slurry, the pump head part should be placed below the liquid level, so it is also called the liquid slurry pump, but not all the whole into the water, if the motor and other non-pump head parts are also put into the slurry pump called diving slurry pump.

Pump sepcific

Flow parts: This series of pump is vertical slurry pump, immersed in liquid work. The pump body is wear-resistant metal, impeller is made of wear-resistant metal or rubber, polyurethane and other materials. EVR pump immersed in the liquid parts are lined with rubber, suitable for conveying corrosive slurry.

Bearing assembly: bearing adopts grease lubrication. According to the liquid level of the slurry tank, different lengths of pump shaft or suction pipe can be selected. In the pool water depth has higher requirements, can be customized lengthened shaft.

Shaft seal (seal): does not need any shaft seal and shaft seal water, can work normally under the condition of insufficient suction.

Transmission mode: V-shaped triangular belt drive and elastic coupling drive.

Overall performance: The use of a variety of speed and a variety of variants, so that the pump in excellent working conditions, long service life, high operating efficiency, can meet a variety of bad transport conditions.

Pump application

Mainly used to transport mud, mortar, pulp and similar liquids containing suspended solid particles. Such as oil drilling mud purification system, concentrator transport fine pulp, tailings, slime and so on. Suitable for all kinds of mining, chemical, electric power, building materials, agriculture and other industries to transport abrasive or corrosive slurry.
