The quality of the pump installation has an important impact on the operation and life of the pump, so installation and calibration must be carried out carefully. The outline and installation dimensions of the pump.
1. Installation and calibration:
a. Remove greasy and dirt on the base, and place the base on the foundation.
b. Use a spirit level to check the levelness of the base, and it is allowed to level with wedge iron.
C. Use cement to pour the base and anchor bolt holes.
d. After the cement is dry, check whether the holes of the base and anchor bolts are loose, tighten the anchor bolts when appropriate, and recheck the levelness.
e. Clean the support plane of the base, the plane of the feet of the water pump and the motor feet, and install the water pump and the motor on the base.
f. Keep a certain gap between the couplings, check whether the center line of the water pump shaft is consistent with the motor shaft, and adjust it with a thin gasket to make it concentric.
Measure the top and bottom of the outer circle of the coupling, the difference between left and right should not exceed 0.1mm, and the difference between the * and the smallest gap between the two coupling ends in a circle should not exceed 0.3 mm.
2. Installation instructions:
a. The installation height of the pump, the length, diameter, and flow rate of the pipeline should conform to the calculation, and strive to reduce unnecessary losses.
b. The larger pipe diameter should be used for long-distance transportation. The pipeline of the pump should have its own bracket, and the weight of the pipeline is not allowed to be added to the pump to avoid crushing the pump.
c. If the discharge pipeline is equipped with a check valve, it should be installed outside the gate valve
