Summary
D series Electric water centrifugal industrial salt water vertical multistage pump is a horizontal single suction multi-stage centrifugal pump. The suction inlet is horizontal and the outlet is vertical upward. The water inlet end, middle section, water outlet end, bearing body and other pump shell lifting parts of the pump are connected into one through tensioning bolts, and the stage of the pump is selected according to the working condition pressure and head( (import and export directions can be changed according to customer requirements)

Structure of Sea Water Vertical Multistage Pump
1. The bearing of multistage pump is mainly composed of bearing body, bearing and bearing gland. The bearing is lubricated with grease or thin oil.
2. The shaft seal of multistage pump adopts soft packing seal, which is mainly composed of sealing box, packing, water retaining ring, etc. on the inlet section and tail cover. The water seal water of D-type multistage pump comes from the pressure water in the pump. The seal water of DG multi-stage pump comes from external water supply.
3. The stator part of multistage pump is mainly composed of suction section, middle section, discharge section and guide vane. Each section is clamped by tensioning bolts to form a working chamber. D-type multistage pump generally sucks horizontally and spits vertically upward; When used for oilfield water injection, the inlet and outlet of the pump are vertical upward. The inlet and outlet of DG multistage pump are vertical upward.
4. The rotor of multistage pump is mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance disc and shaft sleeve. The axial force is balanced by the balance disc.
5. The multi-stage pump rotates and the pump is directly driven by the prime mover through the elastic coupling. Viewed from the prime mover end, the pump is a clockwise rotating D and DG multi-stage pump, which is a horizontal single suction multi-stage segmental centrifugal pump. It is used to transport clean water (with impurity mass less than 1%, particle size less than 0.1mm) or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. D-type multistage pump is suitable for mine drainage, oilfield water injection, factory and urban water supply and drainage, etc. The oil field water injection pump adopts different materials according to the corrosivity of the medium. DG type pump is suitable for all kinds of boiler feed water when the medium temperature is less than 105 ℃.
