Horizontal Multistage Water Pump

The multistage water pump can convey fresh water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to fresh water. It can also be sealed by changing the pump material (or pump overflow parts) and adding the cooling system to transport hot water, oil, corrosive or abrasive medium, etc.

1. Four Kinds of Model of Horizontal Multistage Water Pump.

D Type: It is used to transport clear water without solid particles and with temperature lower than 80 ℃ or liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is suitable for mine factories and urban water supply and drainage projects.

DF type: it is used to transport corrosive liquid without solid particles and with a temperature of - 20 ℃ - 105 ℃. The allowable pressure at the pump inlet is less than 0.6Mpa. The user can reasonably select the material and sealing form of the pump according to the name, concentration, specific gravity, operating temperature and pump inlet and outlet pressure of the transmission medium.

DY type: it is used to transport oil and petroleum products without solid particles, with temperature of - 20 ℃ - 150 ℃ and viscosity of less than 120 centistokes.

MD type: it is used to transport neutral mine water and other similar media with solid particle content of 15%, particle size of 0.5mm and temperature of 80 °C.

ZPD type: It belongs to the self balancing system type of unbalanced system, and is transformed from D, DF, DY and MD.
