Structural performance:
D - type multistage pump use more advanced hydraulic models. The actual operation efficiency of the pump is increased by more than 3%, thus reducing the pump operation cost.

According to the characteristics of the conveying medium, our factory adopts wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-friction resistance coating on the matching surface of the balance plate and balance ring of the multistage pump. At the same time, the measures to reduce the equilibrium return water resistance are adopted to effectively reduce the chamber pressure, greatly improve the reliability of the shaft seal, and reduce the leakage.

There are more multistage pump series, the shaft is relatively slender, the static deflection is large, the rotor and the fixed parts are easy to collide with the phenomenon, resulting in unstable operation, vibration and noise increase, vulnerable parts damaged prematurely. In order to overcome this defect, our factory increases the design size of the spindle on the traditional design, so that the spindle stiffness is greatly strengthened and the operation is more stable.
