Standard inspection procedure of water pump 1
IIt is suitable for the installation of centrifugal pump, well pump, vertical axial flow pump and guide vane mixed flow pump, motor reciprocating pump, steam reciprocating pump, metering pump, screw pump and water ring vacuum pump.
1. The size, position and elevation of the pump installation foundation shall be checked and shall meet the engineering design requirements.
2. The pump unpacking inspection shall meet the following requirements:
● Check the parts and components of the pump according to the technical documents of the equipment, and ensure that there are no missing parts, damages and corrosion, etc; The pipe mouth protection and sealing cover shall be in good condition;
● The main installation dimensions of the pump shall be checked and shall be in accordance with the engineering design;
● The main parts, seals and gasket types and specifications of pumps transporting special media shall be checked.
● Parts that have been assembled and adjusted completely shall not be disassembled at the factory. 3 when the drive is connected with the pump, the axis of the pump shall be taken as the benchmark to align; When there is an intermediate machine connection between the drive and the pump, the center machine axis shall be taken as the benchmark.
