C :If the filling port leaks, the packing should be pressed. If the conveying height is too high, the resistance loss in the tube is too large, reducing the conveying height or reducing the resistance.
(3) Leakage of filler;
* Reasons and measures:
A: For example, if the shaft and the filling box have different axes, the main reason is that the machining error is large and the installation is incorrect. Care should be taken to check that the installation is correct after installation.
B: If the sealing water ring is seriously worn, a new water ring needs to be replaced. If the sealed water pipe is blocked, the sealing water cannot enter the middle of the packing, causing the packing to wear quickly, resulting in leakage. The blocked water pipe should be cleared to keep the sealed water clean
(4) Vibration and noise of the pump;
* Reasons and measures:
A： The density of the medium is not uniform. The uneven density of the medium will cause vibration when the pump is just started. When the pump is normally turned on, the vibration of the pump will disappear. This situation does not need to be treated. Just before driving, pay attention to blowing the medium with high pressure air;
B: The installation of the pump is not level. The level of the pump body should be checked during installation and operation.
C: There is cavitation, which makes the impeller of the pump unbalanced. The installation height should be reduced, the water outlet valve should be adjusted to reduce the inlet resistance.
D: Inhalation tube intake is not uniform. The feed of the pump should be improved to enhance the uniform stability of the intake.
E: pump bearing clearance is large. If the bearing clearance is too large, the vibration of the pump will be large, and should be observed at all times during daily equipment operation.
(5) Bearing heating;
* Reasons and measures:
A:If the cold water is not turned on or the cooling water tank is clogged, the cooling water function should be turned on or the cooling water channel should be dredged.
B:The equipment is not well lubricated. The amount of lubricating oil should be adjusted according to the instructions.
C:The lubricating oil is not clean and there are impurities in the oil. Should clean the bearings, change the lubricant
D:The thrust bearing is in the wrong direction. Adjust the thrust bearing direction for the inlet pressure
E:The bearing air outlet is blocked, so that the hot air in the bearing housing cannot be discharged, which makes the temperature of the equipment rise. Clear the air outlet
