QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT.
DEPUMP (CHINA) is a privately-owned Chinese / Australian Company specialising in General Engineering and Manufacturing, that supplies a range of services including new pumps and spare parts for a range of Industrial Pumps.
It is the aim of the management of this company to produce products to the highest quality and standard while complying to the customers’ requirements.
The Management of DEPUMP (CHINA) are fully committed to the successful implementation and maintenance of the Quality System outlined in this Manual.
Quality is everyone’s responsibility and all personnel shall be expected to actively participate in all quality related activities. Remember, the theme of, “make it right the first time” and see it as the key to Quality production, cost reduction, productivity and customer satisfaction.
The quality Manual and procedures referred to within this documentation refer to DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump’s Quality system. It assures that the quality requirements of both the company and its customers are identified. Written procedures describing the effective methods of control provides detection and disposes of product and system faults.

e compliant to ISO 90001; AS3901 and SGS three star *** standards.
