Management review.
2.0. Management review.
2.1 The assurance of Quality is fundamental to all work undertaken by DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump And is practiced by all persons employed by the Company in their normal daily activities
2.2. It is the responsibility of all supervisors in all positions at DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. To implement the requirements of this Quality system and integrate these requirements into the day to day working methods of the Company. All such methods shall be clearly defined and documented.
2.3. The Managing Director shall review the Quality system at least once per year with all disciplines of the Standard (AS 3901) and departments to reaffirm its adequacy and conformance to Customer and Company requirements.
2.4. this review shall be accomplished by reviewing quality records, quality Audit findings, non-conformance reports Corrective active requests and customer feedback Complaints etc.
Records of management reviews shall be prepared by the Managing Director in conjunction with the Quality Manager and filed with Quality System Audits.
