3. General.
3.1. DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Requires that each contract responded to by the Company shall be subject to a contract review to ensure that Customer contractual requirements are met and that profitability of the same company is ensured at all times. In other words, any changes in supply must be approved by the customer.
DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Contract review procedures which are to be followed to ensure contractual requirements are fully compliant are listed below.
a. DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Has adequately defined, documented and responded to the requirements specified in the contract.
b. Any requirements differing from those in the documents are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
c. That the company has or is able to obtain in a timely manner, the necessary resources to meet contractual requirements.
d. That all activities undertaken by DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Which are beyond the scope of the tender are ade
