CORRECTIVE ACTION



4.0 General.

 

11.1    The application of a continuous process of preventative action throughout depump (CHINA) Pump. Operations is aimed at detecting, analysing, correcting, confirming, documenting and eliminating known non-conformance issues.

This Company through Audit management will apply corrective action procedures which create a proactive and continuous process of Quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

 

11.2 Procedures for prevention.

 

11.2.1 The application of Depump (CHINA) Pump’s Quality Manual and continued qualification to AS3901 Standards indicates that the Company has an active prevention programme.  The company will review work practices and work instructions, training/ education processes and work facilities to identify potential causes of non-conformance.

The Quality Manager of depump (CHINA) Pump. Has the direct responsibility for initiating and supervising the corrective action process.

All employees of the Company will assist the Quality Manager in pursuit of the corrective action process. This information is aimed at identifying unfavourable trends, product, facilities equipment and communication processes that vary with the Quality standards required by the customer.

The corrective action process that will be followed, is to document and prevent reoccurrence of non-conformance is:

 

a. To investigate the cause of non-conformance products and actions required to prevent reoccurrence.

 

b. To review all production processes, customer complaints, non-conformance documentation to detect and or eliminate potential causes.

 

c. Monitoring controls to ensure corrective actions are effective.

 

d. To implement changes to procedures as a result of corrective actions taken. Failure prevention programmes will be conducted as part of the corrective action process, sing the Audit programme.
