8.3 Final inspection and testing.
8.3.1 In order to maintain customer confidence MSI Engineering Pty: Ltd. Will conduct final inspection and testing of each completed product prior to release to the customer. This quality process is conducted to ensure that all inspections and tests have been carried out. Final inspection and testing will verify that the data recorded on job orders meets the specified requirements.
8.4 Inspection and test status.
8.4.1 A clear method of identification of the inspection and test status of a product shall be provided at all times. At DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Inspection and test hold points will indicate the conformance or non-conformance of products and assemblies and will be provided to ensure that any products which have passed required inspection are released to the customer.
DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Will use work sheets to control the inspection and testing status of products and assemblies, these work sheets will be certified by the nominated approved persons for completing these inspections and tests.
Inspection Status of parts and assemblies at each hold point will be identified by:
a. Trades persons certification of the work sheet.
b. Serviceable / unserviceable labels attached to items.
c. Quarantined tags attached to rejected items.
d. Final acceptance certification by the nominated approved persons.
8.3 Records.
8.3.1 Records of inspection and test data will be kept as defined in DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Quality procedure – Quality Records.
