                                      PROCESS CONTROL CONT'D.

 

7.2 Special Processes.

7.2.1.  A special process is defined as a process, the results of which cannot be fully verified by subsequent inspection and on testing of the products and where processing deficiencies may become apparent only after the product is in use.

The following shall apply for all special processes when approvals have been granted by DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump.

a. Processes will be defined prior to being used.

b. All processes will be fully documented.

c. After completion of a process the work will be certified by the approved person carrying out the work. This certification will indicate that the processes were carried out in accordance with the documentation process.

 

The specific requirements of DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. For completion, approval, issues, and the control of job sheets are defined within the Company's Quality Procedure – Process control. For any subcontracted special processes, it is MSI Pty: Ltd. Policy procedure will be used to control such a subcontract. All subcontractors are to hold appropriate approvals to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements.

 

7.3   Records.

7.3.1 Records shall be maintained for all processes used within the Company. These records will be kept as defined in DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Quality procedures records.
