Diesel pump instructions
General diesel pump unit is used to pump water, such as drainage, irrigation, especially now the rainy season, frequent floods, diesel pump with more, do not need external power supply, use is also very simple. If you are worried about transportation inconvenience, you can be equipped with small or large wheels to achieve fast transportation.
Routine inspection:
Check that the outdoor exhaust pipe should be tight, and the exhaust port should face down, so that sparks will not occur.
Check the electric quantity of diesel pump battery, maintain the battery every half year, and add electrolyte.
check instrument should be complete, often wipe the machine should be free of dust, bolts can not be loosened, drive cover intact.

Starting Preparation:
1. Check items before starting diesel pump:
(1) Check whether all parts of the diesel engine are normal, whether all accessories are connected reliably, and eliminate abnormal phenomena.
(2) Check whether the circuit connection of the electric starting system is normal and whether the battery is fully charged.
(3) Observe the oil pan filling oil to the specified oil level. Observe the injection pump and governor to fill the oil to the specified oil level.
(4) Fill the diesel pump heat exchanger with clean cooling water.
(5) Hand pressure pump pressure oil to fill the fuel system with fuel and exclude air.
(6) Whether the cooling liquid in the diesel tank is filled, whether the oil level of the lubricating oil is within the normal range, and whether the diesel liquid level in the diesel tank is above 2/3.
