diesel pump instructions
l First, we should first check whether the voltmeter on the control cabinet is 24V. If it is below 24V, we should find out the cause in time and eliminate the fault.
l Second, check whether the parts of the diesel engine are normal, whether the accessories are reliably connected, and eliminate abnormal phenomena.
l Third, check whether the oil in the oil pan, the oil injection pump and the governor reaches the specified oil surface position. If the oil is found to be insufficient, the same type of oil should be added.
l Fourth, check whether there is enough water in the water tank. If the open circulating cooling system is used, the water source should be connected.
l Fifth, use the hand pump on the fuel transmission pump, press the fuel into the fuel system, and loosen the discharge screw on the fuel injection pump, eliminate the air in the fuel system, when there is no more gas excluded here, tighten the screw, and then continue to pump the oil until the return pipe has returned oil, and finally tighten the hand pump.
l Sixth, loosen the high pressure oil pipe joint nut on the cylinder injector in turn, put the governor handle in the operating position of the diesel engine, turn the diesel engine, and discharge the air in the high pressure oil pipe (this step can generally be ignored, should not be ignored when the start failure).
l Seventh, for the new machine or parked for more than 5 days of the unused diesel engine, first turn the crankshaft for 3~5 revolutions before starting.
l Eighth, when there is a preheating start device, and the need for preheating start (air temperature below 5℃), should also check whether the preheating plug is normal (the preheating plug of rated voltage 24V under normal condition resistance is about 0.025 Ω, 12V smaller).
