1、 Daily inspection:
1. Check that the exhaust pipe leading to the outdoor shall be tight, and the exhaust port shall face down without spark.
2. Check the battery power of diesel engine water pump, maintain the battery every six months, and supplement electrolyte.
3. The inspection instrument shall be complete, the machine shall be wiped frequently, there shall be no dust, the bolts shall not be loose, and the transmission cover shall be intact.
4. All pipeline joints of diesel engine water pump are firm without leakage.
2、 Start up preparation:
1. Inspection items before starting the diesel engine water pump:
(1) Check whether all parts of the diesel engine are normal, whether all accessories are connected reliably, and eliminate abnormal phenomena.
(2) Check whether the circuit wiring of the electric starting system is normal and whether the battery is fully charged.
(3) Observe that the oil pan is filled with oil to the specified oil level. Observe that the fuel injection pump and governor are filled with oil to the specified oil level.
(4) Fill the diesel engine water pump heat exchanger with clean cooling water.
(5) Press the fuel pump by hand to fill the fuel system with fuel and remove air.
(6) Whether the coolant in the diesel engine water tank is full, whether the oil level of lubricating oil is within the normal range, and whether the diesel oil level in the diesel tank is more than 2 / 3.
2. Preparations before starting the diesel engine water pump:
(1) There should be enough lubricant in the water pump bearing body.
(2) The water outlet pipeline is closed temporarily (the outlet valve shall be opened immediately after successful startup).
