Assembly order of vertical slurry pump
(1) Install the bearing on the bearing box and bearing seat respectively.
(2) Install the felt ring on the bearing end cover A, C and bearing box.
(3) Install the bearing end caps B and C on the bearing housing and fasten with bolts.
(4) Put the bearing box with the bearing on the shaft, screw on the round nut, and fasten the bearing end cover to the bearing box.
(5) Install the shaft into the bearing housing, fix it with bolts, screw on the adjusting screw, install the bearing on the support housing, and place the water retaining ring in the proper position at the lower bearing.
(6) Fix the coupling tube on the bearing seat, and install the pump cover on the lower part of the coupling tube, install the impeller on the lower part of the shaft and tighten it, install the front cover of the pump body in sequence, and fix it with bolts, use the adjusting screw at the bearing box Adjust the gap between the impeller and the front cover, (control within 1-1.5mm) after adjustment, use nuts and bolts to tighten.
(7) The motor support is installed on the bearing seat and fastened with bolts, the coupling part is installed on the upper end of the shaft, and the motor coupling is fastened to the motor shaft head with the fastening screw, and the motor is mounted on the motor support, Use bolts and nuts to fasten.
(8) Install the asbestos pad, liquid elbow and liquid pipe fittings from the pump output order and fix it on the support base.
