1. Open the pump inlet valve and close the pump outlet valve before starting the liquid slurry pump.

Then start the pump. After the pump starts, slowly open the pump outlet valve. The size and speed of the pump outlet valve should be controlled by the pump without vibration and the motor does not exceed the rated current.

2. Start the pump in series, and follow the above method.

After starting the primary pump, the outlet valve of the final pump can be opened a little (the size of the opening is preferably 1/4 of the rated current of the primary pump motor).

After all the series pumps are started, you can gradually open the outlet valve of the large final pump. The valve opening and closing speed should be controlled by the pump without vibration and the pump motor of any stage does not exceed the rated current.

3. The liquid slurry pump is mainly for the purpose of conveying flow. It is best to install a flow meter (meter) in the operation monitoring system to monitor whether the flow meets the requirements at any time; equipped with a cyclone pipeline system, slag flushing system, pressure The filter dehydration system also requires a certain pressure at the outlet of the pipeline.

A pressure gauge should also be installed in this system to monitor whether the pressure meets the requirements.

4. In addition to monitoring the flow rate and pressure during the operation of the submerged slurry pump, it is necessary to monitor the motor not to exceed the rated current of the motor.

Monitor the oil seals, bearings, etc. at any time for normal conduction, pump evacuation or overflow pool, etc., and handle them at any time.
