1. Preparation before operation
(1) Check the maintenance record, confirm the data is correct, and make all kinds of record forms for pump operation;
(2) Clean the environment around the pump;
(3) . check whether the anchor bolt is loose, whether the motor grounding wire is good, and whether the inlet pipeline and auxiliary pipelines, components and instruments are intact;
(4) . check whether the coupling is well connected and whether the wheel housing is well fitted; Before the coupling is not connected, check the turning direction of the prime mover, and connect the coupling after it is consistent with the turning arrow of the pump.
(5) . check whether the amount of lubricating oil in the bracket is appropriate (the oil level is about 2mm from the center line of the oil level gauge), and whether the oil level gauge is in good condition. Add qualified lubricating oil to the bearing, and the oil level is at 1 / 2-2 / 3 oil level;
(6) . check whether the cooling system is unblocked;
(7) Check whether the oil sealing system is put into operation normally, and the oil sealing pressure should be 0.05-0.15mpa higher than the pump inlet pressure;
(8) The turning gear shall be free of jam and abnormal noise;
(9) The high temperature pump should be fully preheated and the low temperature pump should be precooled;
(10) When the pump is used under the condition of suction, the pump should be filled or vacuumized before starting; The pump is used under the condition of backflow. Before starting, the pump shall be filled with the delivered liquid. After removing the empty pump, the gate valve of the discharge pipe shall be closed.
