Reason 1: The pump vibrates violently
(1): Impeller rotor unbalance
(2): poor coupling of the coupling
(3): Bearing wear and bending;
(4): It may also loosen or break some rotating parts;
(5): It may be because the pipeline support is not firm.
Solution:
It can be adjusted, repaired, reinforced and replaced separately.
Reason 2: Water leakage or air leakage in the pipeline
(1): The nut is not tightened when the pump is installed
(2): If the leakage is not serious, you can apply cement or cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil to the place where air or water leaks
Solution:
(1): For temporary repairs, apply some wet mud or soft soap
(2): If water leaks at the joint, the nut can be tightened by hand
(3): If the water leakage is serious, it must be reassembled
Reason 3: The filler is overheated
Mostly because the packing is pressed too tightly, the cooling water cannot enter the packing, or the surface of the shaft is damaged.
Solution:
(1): Appropriate measures can be taken to loosen the packing and clean up the blocked pipes.
(2): If the packing is worn, it must be replaced with a new one. Before installation, soak in the engine oil and install it circle by circle. The incisions should be staggered to reduce water leakage.
(3): After the last ring of packing is installed, the gland must be installed tightly, and the tightness should be adjusted during operation
Reason 4:
Not filled with water or the air in the inlet pipe is not exhausted
Solution:
Continue to irrigate or evacuate the air in the inlet pipe.
Reason 5:
During the on-site installation, the inlet and outlet directions are reversed or the motor wiring is incorrect.
Solution:
Reversing the import and export direction of the motor wiring is not correct. Replacing any two of the wiring to change the direction of rotation.
