When the submersible pump is used, it cannot be separated from maintenance. To improve the service life and product quality of the product, we must do a good job in equipment maintenance, not only for the product itself, but also to find the hidden trouble in time. So how to maintain the submersible pump?
1. Before using the submersible pump, check the cables, switches, electric shock protectors, etc. the switches and other electrical appliances shall work normally, and the cables shall not be damaged, and pay attention to carefully identify the cables, because the yellow and green double color wires are ground wires, so as to prevent electric leakage and electric shock accidents.
2. Check the insulation resistance of the submersible pump before use every other period of time, which shall not be less than 0.5m Ω. If it does not meet the requirements, it shall be dried.
3. Check the drain hole and oil drain hole regularly, and tighten them if there is no abnormality.
4. After working for 300h, the submersible pump shall be drained for inspection. If the drained water or oil-water mixture is less than 25ml, it can be used continuously. Otherwise, the cover and rubber seal ring shall be inspected for damage.
5. Because it should be used in water under normal circumstances, it is not allowed to test the machine outside water for more than 5min to prevent the motor from heating and burning out.
When the submersible pump breaks down, we always neglect the regular maintenance, so we can not only fail to find the problem in time, but also affect the service life of the product, so if we can do a good job in daily maintenance, we will try to reduce this kind of fault as much as possible.
