Cutting impeller Energy Saving

Energy-saving technology of frequency conversion

Centrifugal pump is based on the hydraulic characteristics of the best conditions of the specific speed as a criterion for the design, each pump of the flow of hydraulic model of the geometry must be with its design parameters Q (flow), H (Head), min (rotational speed) one by one corresponding to produce the final efficiency of the pump. Ternary Flow Technology
Ternary flow technique is the infinite division of three-dimensional space inside the impeller, through the analysis of the working points in the alternate channel, the Complete and real mathematical model of the impeller flow is established.
Through this method, the analysis of the leaf rotation path can be done most accurately, reflecting the flow field and pressure distribution of the fluid is also closest to the actual. Impeller exit is the flow characteristic of jet and wake (Vortex), which can be embodied in design calculation.
